This is a really simple explanation of why Republicans hate government so much - they suck at it. Have you ever noticed that when Republicans are in charge, government goes to hell in a hand basket? Katrina is the perfect example. Clinton had a FEMA that actually worked. George W. Bush, well, not so much.
Representative Alan Grayson has got it all figured out and pointed out the obvious on the floor of the House of Representatives recently.

You Know You're a Conservative When...
10) You refused to share your toys in kindergarten, saying it would put you on a dangerous path to socialism.
9) You get angry when there are choices for languages on an automated call because you still don't have a good grasp on English.
8) You hate those "elite Hollywood liberals" but refuse to cancel your Netflix account.
7) You go to tea bagger rallies because you have no job thanks to the recession that "started under Obama."
6) You watch Fox News, but unlike most people actually take it seriously.
5) You become absolutely livid about imaginary tax increases.
4) You are against wasteful programs like Medicare, but also against cutting waste from programs like Medicare.
3) You criticize Michael Moore for his weight, without being able to refute a single claim that he makes in his documentaries.
2) You can enter any collective noun into the following sentence "The ______ are screwing everything up" except for the correct ones.
1) You find yourself saying "no" even to things that you actually want, like ice cream, and health care.

Arlen Specter Divulges Truth about Bipartisanship
Not that most aware Americans didn't already realize it, but the Republicans never had any intention of cooperating with Democrats in Congress. Senator Arlen Specter who switched parties earlier this year and was in the Republican caucus meetings reveals the inside scoop on how Republicans planned to go after President Obama and Democratic policy and lawmakers in Congress.
I think when it comes straight from the horse's mouth it has extra credibility. Senator DeMint tries to make Specter out to be no credible, but I think he fails in his attempt to discredit Senator Specter.
Despite whining about a lack of bipartisanship, Republicans have no intention of doing what's best for the country. They will do anything, by any means necessary, to try to destroy President Obama and regain power, in spite of their duty to do what's best for the majority of Americans, who favor Democratic policy.

Sarah Palin Supporters Show Their Stupidity
This is a really amazing piece. The supporters of Sarah Palin don't seem to know very much about foreign or domestic policy. It's amazing that these people have lived in America all their lives. These people really scare me as being low information voters. Would you ever vote for Sarah Palin?

Wanda Sykes Takes on Health Care and Republicans
I have to admit, I missed this, but I'm going to have to add it to my DVR list. I don't know how Fox gave Wanda Sykes a show of her own and lets her rip on Republicans like this and I don't know how long they'll tolerate her brand of humor and liberal bias, but I suggest adding it to your must see television or at least your DVR recordings. Enjoy!
