Yesterday in Washington D.C. Health Care for America Now held a rally. Part of that rally was an attempted citizens arrest of health insurance company executives. Their domination of America's health care system is over. No longer will they be able to kick sick people off their rolls. No longer will they be able to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions to pad their corporate profits and pay their executives massive bonuses. It's time that health care was a right in America, not a privilege only for those that can afford it.
This video is of Richard Trumka, President of the AFL-CIO in Washington D.C. yesterday.

There's a Price to Pay for Not Voting for Health Care Reform
Finally the pro-health care reform advocates are letting their voices be heard. Health insurance companies have been raising rates 20-100%. That's akin to theft and fraud. It's time for Democrats in Congress to hear the voices of the millions of people that need health care reform now. Our voices are getting louder and hopefully we can drown out the voices of the teabaggers.
