UN to Prosecute Rumsfeld?

This is a great interview with Manford Nowak, head investigator of the UN. Nowak says the U.S. is obligated to investigate war crime charges against specifically Donald Rumsfeld and investigate whether George W. Bush and others committed war crimes.
