Barack Obama Excites Crowd in Troy

Some of the Oakland County Democratic Party contingent, from left to right, Jim Kruer, Jason Bauer, Jayne Hamilton and Liz Sadowski attended Barack Obama's Town Hall. We took this picture after Obama's speech.
I didn't get this woman's name, but I loved her T-shirt. Peggy Agar from Channel 7 did get her interview, just like Barack Obama promised.

Democrats Fill Every Ballot position

Democrats will be challenging Republicans for every single county-wide position on the fall ballot. Brenda Lawrence and Jane Boudreau visited the Oakland County Democratic Party meeting last night and Democrats have excellent candidates in position to take over leadership of Oakland County from top to bottom. I predict a very good year for Democrats from the top of the ticket to the bottom. Visit Brenda Lawrence's web site at www.BrendaLawrence.com.
