The Oakland County Democratic Party gave away 1,000 tickets to Monday's Town Hall at Troy High School. Barack Obama is all but certain to be the Democratic nominee after the Democratic Party seated all of Michigan's delegates with 1/2 vote each. The town hall starts at 12:15 p.m. on Monday.
